I want to know if the information I was told elsewhere is correct. Does gabapentin decrease sp in the brain? And neuronal NOS inhibitors do they have effect on brain SP? and i was advised ginger root.

NK1 antagonists not available where I live. I want to solve agitation and rage attacks extremes. are there anything else that decreases sp?
