Hi
Recovering from pelvic bone fracture after cycling accident. Just started taking daily 1000mg Vitamin D (wasn't before). I am a middle aged male in otherwise excellent health.

Was wondering if I should consider taking one of the many 'bone health' supplements to strengthen bones and help prevent future fractures.
Any recommendations?

Ensuring you get enough magnesium, zinc, boron, k2 and other nutrients certainly wouldn't hurt. Chronometer is useful if you don't use that already.

Gelatin could be potentially helpful.

forskolin might work, but i don't know much about that.
