I made two orders in the past month, both of which are marked as sent with non working tracking numbers. Has anyone been getting their recent orders?
They no longer reply to my emails.
Their discord page seems to have disappeared.

i have been a long time customer.  I placed an order with them at the end of October and another on November 6th.  Both packages showed up mid December.  based on the communication i received during that time, the owner had stepped away and the company was being run into the ground by his manager.  the email stated that the owner was back in charge and trying to turn things around.  I then received another email that said any further communication would be through discord.  They made good on my outstanding orders but i wont join up on discord and i do not plan on ordering again with them.  I have received no further communication, they used to send out promotionals via email from time to time.  That seems to have stopped.
