Does anyone take this? Any feedback or thoughts on it?
I know it gets good reviews online but a lot of those sites earn commission so it's in their interests.
As a bit of a noob, it looks like a good stack although I can't say I'm familiar with all of the ingredients. And despite it being expensive, it does still work out cheaper than buying all those things individually. I guess the compromise for me is that if I were to research all of them individually, maybe there'd be one or two ingredients I'd rather take out.
