Title says it all, refreshing for this year.

I've tried basically everything at some point and good old piracetam gets my vote.

What do y'all think?

Phenylpiracetam, CILTEP. Both need cycling but awesome when they work.

Piracetam would possible get my vote as well, but for some reason it gives me horrible nausea nowadays. So, my vote goes for minidose vyvanse-galantamine-vortioxetine combo. And by minidose I mean 15mg if vyvanse, 1-2mg of galantamine and 5mg of vortioxetine.

Can you tell me more about galantamine?

It makes me more sharp and increases verbal fluency. I've also noticed I get more confident, even more then with eg. vyvanse or ritalin.

what about vortioxetine?

It makes me a bit quicker and also reduces ocd-symptons. Also it improves my sleep a lot.

thanks. any sides?  improving sleep meaning that it can be sedating? was there a 2 week nausea initial period? did it improve working memory or focus at all?  recall there being some trials a few years back.  any effects on libido?

vyvanse can be great, but the crashes can be rough. 15mg is pretty mini for that. i've looked at trintellix in the past for co-administration.  galantamine is also of interest but something i've never tried.  cool combo.

has anyone had success with lions mane/pqq?

At first it was quite sedating but not anymore. There was some minor nausea perhaps and of course sexual sides as well. Now all of these are pretty much gone.

I feel like it slightly improves all aspects of cognition, especially speed of thought.

My personal favourites are:
1. Piracetam
2. Phenylpiracetam
3. Noopept
4. Semax
5. Phenibut (at low doses and occasionally)
