Do you have any experience with perilla oil as an alternative to fish oil? I've read that is a good source of Omega 3s and when I took it in the past it helped a bit with my hay fever.
Besides hay fever, I have autoimmune disease (lichen on scalp), causing dryness and Inflammation.
I've tried Nordic Naturals' fish oil but it was causing some mild brain fog, thus I'd like to try another kind of product. I've read about flaxseed oil but I'm concerned about potential anti-androgenic effects.
