This may be very counter-intuitive, but back in january 2018 I did snort coke for the first time, and I did it a few times over the past year ( I don't do it anymore, and it was only 6-7 times ). And since the first time I snorted it I didn't have any single rhinitis attack anymore. Yes, I did have it since I was a child, and it seems like that those things that would provoke rhinitis like dust, dirt, citrus fruits, peanuts, mold, animal fur, has no effect on me anymore. Also, I don't know what type of stuff they mixed with the coca paste, I bought it from street dealers.

What could possibly have happened?

Interesting, could be that your condition was viral or bacterial in nature and the concentration of the cocaine locally in your nasal cavity simply reached critical level for your immune system to kick in and get rid of the infection. There's some data showing cocaine stimulating antiviral activity in vitro (https://www.ncbi.nlm...icles/PMC95856/) so perhaps you inadvertently cured yourself of some unwelcome pathogen.
