I suppose if you increase the neurontransmitters: glutamate, adrenaline, noradrenaline, serotonin or dopamine in the PFC it helps you overcome anxiety? I know crhr1 activation increases activity in the PFC to help a person overcome fear-related things. But I'm not sure exactly which neurotransmitters the CRHR1 gene releases/ or increases in the PFC when activated.
