I am wondering if anyone is currently supplementing the molecule/supplement Beta Hydroxybutyrate whether to bolster ketosis status or for antiaging. I came across a recent article that says that it can lower blood pressure and another article that says it can slow vascular aging.  Fasting increases BHB but for those without  the willpower or inclination then BHB may make sense. The second article says that researchers used a precusor to BHB.  So not sure how BHB would work in lieu of precursor.

bump... do they work do they have high bioavailability and does it get absorbed via supplement? doesn't butyric acid(butyrate supplement) increase beta hydroxybutyrate? I wanna try  exogenous ketones / or ketone salts I heard they work well for increasing energy.
