Anyone know anything similar herbal or pharmaceutical that acts similar to mifepristone in the sense of the blocking/antagonizing the Glucocorticoid Receptor (GR)? I'm specifically looking for something that blocks the GR (not just lower cortisol).
I read through a few threads and saw someone mention rehmannia can do something similar but not confirmation. Not sure if its legit or not or if there are any others out there.
