I wonder any of you take Omega 3 supplements regularly. I stopped taking it after it raised concerns about possibly increasing the risk of prostate cancer.

I am thinking of trying it again.

Which brand do you recommend? How often?

Yes.  I took a few kinds of name brand liquid because liquid is efficient compared to capsules.  They all made me sleepy.  https://www.longecit...ake-you-sleepy/

Then later I tried nordic naturals and had less than a single problem with it.  MOREOVER this could be since I had other concerns when I was taking it before, but it could be that this manufacturer is better.

Thank you.

Do you know of any studies where prostate cancer risk was associated with Omega 3 supplementing (not only blood levels of fatty acids)?

If I could get it I would use the pharmaceutical Ethyl EPA (without any DHA) that has been used in the REDUCE-IT study.

I use LEF brand, just because they are a long-term well known provider. They are usually the first to promote new research on supplements.
