I've come across a couple of studies showing effectiveness of high dose (2,000-2,500 mg) citicoline on depression. I've noticed myself depressive symptoms from taking lower doses of citicoline (around 250 mg), due to high acetylcholine levels. Has anyone tried higher doses of citicoline and noticed a difference compared to lower doses?
