Maybe someone who was involved in that huge thread would like to give a summary?

 

• How is this drug different from the other related stuff like Cerebrolysin, Semax, Selank, NSI etc?
• Do people who respond to those drugs also respond to this one? other way around?
• What are the effects on feelings and emotions, creativity, social ability?
• How long does one take it to feel an effect?
• Any repeatedly reported adverse effects?
• What are the effects on people with known mental health conditions?

I don't think you would get a good answer if you would have asked about Vitamin C.  You are asking too specific and too many questions that only an expert with the drug will know.

I used nootropicsource.com dihexa so I'm not sure about purity. I used their dihexa transdermally mixed with dmso. It has stimulating and mood enhancing properties but is it's not spectacular.

No, certainly not NootropicSource. Their Dihexa was HPLC tested by someone and proven to be completely bogus
