Gab, you might ask your Dr. if you could use a sauna.  They can

raise your heart rate and core body temp. and it looks like you

get a lot of the benefits of aerobic exercise just doing that. But

as I said you might want to check with your Dr. first.

ok i had a question about consuming too many strawberries and any proven negative effects but since nobody said anything i guess i figured it out. https://www.cookingl...son/dirty-dozen thats four years running. i did consume organic ones last few times but those are expensive. but im still eager to try and find fisetin naturally from strawberries and the fisetin on the market comes from not edible plant which is processed with harsh chemicals in china. just like resveratrol, not good idea to buy those two since they are both coming from non edible plants made in china

So to get the levels we are talking about here what are you going to do eat 17.5 kilos of strawberrys a

day for 3 days ?   I don't think that would be all that healthy either.

Because doubtful anyone has ever done that (consume 17.5 kgs of strawberries). Be the 1st and let us know how it all comes out!

For example, when I or wife eat around .5 kgs, we get hives, even if they are organic. There's likely more than fisetin in them to worry about.

yeah. is it not possible to extract the fisetin from strawberries and sell it as supplement? i just wont get the current fisetin on the market. ill wait until we have a better source. same with resveratrol. when we have it actually extracted from grapes and not knotweed from china

Do you really need a scientific study to prove to you that eating kilograms of strawberries in one sitting is a bad idea?  Your mother would advise against it and she'd be right.

The amount of sugar you'd get would make this a bad idea in and of itself.  Did you say you tried it and has significant diarrhea?  That's a pretty good clue.
