I'm not a religious person, but this is a gift from God, please believe this.

Dextrometorphan, the cough suppressant is under trials in Australia as an antidepressant. I didn't know this, but for some reason, which I do not remember I purchased a number of bottles from Amazon, dirt cheap too. I'm a VA patient and an idiot psychiatrist that I saw for depression, which runs in my family took me off the antidepressant I was using thinking the drug Lamotrigene would act like an antidepressant, it didn't. I quickly went into a depression, the doctor didn't return my calls. Again, why I decided to try the dextrometorphan, I don't remember, but I took 5 caplets, the first day I did this three times. I can't remember if it worked the first time I took 5 or if it was after the third time, but by the end of the day I was completely fine. I take 5 a day now, no side-effects. It's immediate, as far as I can tell it's completely safe and I don't know if it will work a 100% for everyone that tries it, but if ketamine does, then this will too.

If you suffer from depression you must, MUST try this.

Good luck and don't delay.

Please don't, before really informing yourself of all possible contraindications, side-effects and interactions:

https://en.wikipedia...extromethorphan

Contraindications

Because dextromethorphan can trigger a histamine release (allergic reaction), atopic children, who are especially susceptible to allergic reactions, should be administered dextromethorphan only if absolutely necessary, and only under the strict supervision of a healthcare professional.[13]

Adverse effects

Side effects of dextromethorphan at normal therapeutic doses can include:[2][8][13]

A rare side effect is respiratory depression.[8]

Dependence and withdrawal

In many documented cases, dextromethorphan has produced psychological dependence in people who used it recreationally. However, it does not produce physical addiction, according to the WHO Committee on Drug Dependence.[16] It is considered less addictive than the other common weak opiate cough suppressant, codeine.[2] Since dextromethorphan also acts as a serotonin reuptake inhibitor, users describe that regular recreational use over a long period of time can cause withdrawal symptoms similar to those of antidepressant discontinuation syndrome. Additionally, disturbances have been reported in sleep, senses, movement, mood, and thinking.

Interactions

Dextromethorphan should not be taken with monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs)[13] due to the potential for serotonin syndrome, which is a potentially life-threatening condition that can occur rapidly, due to a buildup of an excessive amount of serotonin in the body.

Caution should be exercised when taking dextromethorphan when drinking grapefruit juice or eating grapefruits, as compounds in grapefruit affect a number of drugs, including dextromethorphan, through the inhibition of the cytochrome p450 system in the liver, and can lead to excessive accumulation and prolonged effects. Grapefruit and grapefruit juices (especially white grapefruit juice, but also including other citrus fruits such as bergamot and lime, as well as a number of noncitrus fruits[18]) generally are recommended to be avoided while using dextromethorphan and numerous other medications.
