I'm starting this topic as a repository for interesting therapeutic molecules that aren't readily available at low cost at the usual peptide outlets.
I'll kick it off with:
1. Irisin - a hormone released by skeletal muscle which can turn some white adipose tissue brown and regenerate Beta cells in the pancreas through the promoted expression of betatrophin.
2.Elastatropin - the precursor of elastin, could be used to restore cardiovascular plasticity, remove wrinkles, and improve tissue health broadly.
3. Acetylated Leptin - can't we just bypass leptin sensitivity with acetylation for a series of short bursts or until natural leptin sensitivity is restored? It's been done with other molecules.
