I have just tested and got a result of homocysteine 1.2? What do you think? Is it bad or good?
Methylation result shows that I got AHCY-01 rs819147 CC +/+ and AHCY-19 rs819171 CC +/+ also I have CBS A360A rs1801181 AA +/+ ,Can these factor result low homocysteine? Will i immune from stroke LoL by this? Or it will affect my methylation cycle badly?

Yes, it is bad. You are most probably a hypermethylator.

Your body cannot create sufficient amounts of glutathione- the master endogenous antioxidant.

Have a read of the linked article and start supplementing with the compounds suggested and retest after 3 months to see if there is an improvement: https://www.drkarafi...steine-concern/
