Hello!

Long story short: My dad has a lot of inflammation in his joints/shoulder/etc.

He want to try some of the peptides on the market because the only thing that helps is adrenocortical hormones but with all the side effects it's not a viable option.

So I've explained the effects of BPC 157 and how he might benefit from it.

The only problem is that he cannot inject himself with it and I don't got the time to help him with the injections.

So my first question is: I've found a vendor who sell the peptide in nasal spray. I've seen people on this forum administrate it nasal for the purpose of its nootropic effects but I haven't seen people talk about the anti-inflammatory effect with a nasal administration, so is it possible to use it that way?

Question number 2: Anyone got some alternatives to BPC 157? I've seen TB500 but the administrative problem is the same.

Thanks!

As far as I know, BPC 157 is orally bioavailable.

Is there other anti-inflammatory drugs that would be good?

BPC-157 is a histamine liberator, so depending this might be something to consider especially in nasal delivery. Best to couple it with a histamine blocker. Both TB-500 and BPC-157 Re both orally active, and can easily be sourced from a number of venders.

I think this one is over-prices, but there are already oral supplements out there : https://integrativep...ediate-release/

I found a BCP spray with 125 mcg per spray with a total amount of 7.5 mg in a spray bottle for 25 eur. I'm going to buy 2 sprays for my dad.

I think if he dose 3 times a day it would have the desired effect on him.

Who is the vendor on that?

And why not trying the cortison shots option? Mayo Clinic advises not to go anywhere beyond a shot per joint every 6 weeks, 3 or 4 times a year. That's the red line never to cross to keep your joint from potential side effects.

I use this therapy with my arthritis and works wonders in my shoulder, fingers and hip. I just write every shot's date and amount down to control I am rightly following Mayo's advise.
