Hello,sometimes when i write on keyboard, my hand " jump" from the keyboard , its like the muscle get a spasm !
- it occur rarely , i dont have it all the time
- it manifest only when i use a keyboard
- it start probably 5-6 years ago, it didn't worsen at all
- lack of sleep worsen it
what is this ?
I'm 22 years old and i only have chronic anxiety since my childhood
