What are you looking for? Longevity? Cognitive benefits?

Maybe add alpha lipoic acid, it supplements ALCAR quite well

Also if Q10 works for you, its worth looking at pyrroloquinoline quinone

Not sure about carnosine and 5-htp

Hi and thanks for your reply.

A little bit of both but mostly Cognitive benefits.

I dont know much about alpha lipoic acid and even that it stacks good with ALCAR but will read up on it.

Why you not sure about carnosine and 5-htp ?

Kind regards

Tomas

I've had issues as of late finding places to buy Piracetam, apparently the FDA has pretty much caused most banks in America to not allow for its sale.

I've been using Phenylpiracetam instead, since the vendor I typically order from is able to sale it.
