So,

I was wondering if we can construct a list of basic rules for our approach toward Saturated fat consumption.

Correct some of my understandings if I am off.

1-Only some acidic types of SAFAs are healthy, whereas other Acidic types are not?

2-It's not just the SAFAs but the overall nutrient composition of the foods they belong to (example, dark chocolate is also very high in polyphenols)

3-Limit Animal based SAFAs in favor of mostly plant based SAFAs?

4-Limit SAFA consumption to about 30 grams a day tops?

5-Take Fish oil alongside SAFAs when possible?

Again, this is a meager attempt at constructing a list of rules on consumption of SAFAs please add. Or by all means refute.

For a longevity forum it's getting fairly dead around here lately.
