it seems almost as important as vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) but unlike vitamin D3 you can't get it from the sun only from plant foods so not meat either etc.
Vitamin D2 is a plant substance that enters the human body exclusively through plant foods.
Has anyone experience with Vitamin D2? I don't see much talk about this.
