So I'm 38y, been suffering ED for many years with a good diet and healthy endo & thyroid blood panel. Sildenafil and Tadalafil were not effective as they were suppose to be so I decided to fix these analytics first, and then everything started to improve :D

I've compiled the optimal ranges from several papers where an "ED cut off" value was determined.

Try to aim for these targets if none of the other variables seem to make a difference:

Folate: 18 - 25 ug/L (25 - 30 if MTHFR mutation present)
Vitamin D: 100 - 140 nmol/L / 40-55 ng/ml
Vitamin B12 Active (HoloTC): around 130 pmol/L / 180 pg/mL (no more / no less)
Homocysteine: 5-8 umol/L / 190 - 300 mg/dL
hs-CRP: 0.5 - 1.50 mg/L
Uric Acid: 275 - 300 nmol/L / 4.60 - 5.00 mg/dL
HbA1C: < 5.0 %

Hope this helps cheesy.gif

nothing in your bloodwork really jumps out to me. are you on antidepressants? do you look at a lot of porn and not find yourself as excited by actual sex? would you say your ED is primarily driven by performance anxiety (most common at your age) or something else?

ED can be a real drag for sure, i dealt with it for a long time and it was mostly driven by crippling performance anxiety that eventually - and not surprisingly - led to lower libido, which can create a nasty downward spiral.
