What are the chances of a higher level of NAD+ reactivating cancer in somebody who has previously had cancer but has been cancer free for 5 years. I remember reading somewhere that anybody with cancer shouldn't increase NAD+ as it may also help the cancer become more virulent.

Two Germans, not sure if scientists or doctors, wrote about NR last year and recommended those who have had cancer within the past 5 years not take NR and that until more is known, one shouldn't take more than 300 mg a day
