03-27-2020:

1. I typically stay in the realms of the metal health section of Longercity but I have felt compelled to post this because I believe, I've finally identified what causes my constant rumination cycles, anxiety, hypersensitivity to words when interacting with people and a weird feeling that  I get after consuming a huge amount of food. I also seem to get intense fog, inability to think, my verbose abilities go down, and my ability to do my job drastically decrease to the point that I feel stupid. My ADHD-PI goes from severe to moderate, which is much more manageable, for those that follow my ADHD-PI thread, I have been wrestling with the causes of this paranoia, hypervigiliance and anxiety, that I seem to FEEL almost ways after a big solid even a moderate amount of food seems to have a big effect on my mood, irratability and ability to socialize etc.  I have consistently been able to eliminate ALL ruminations and ANXIETY to a high degree and am very charismatic and am very likeable when I'm not in an anxious cycle through FASTING. The question, is why does FASTING work. Why does it help with ADHD-PI? What is the connection between mental health and main western diet foods? This also explains my inabiliy to hold down a job, because the consistent factor, was eating ALOT of food and inability followed with anxiety and a hard-time getting along with co-workers who I otherwise got along with that inevitably leads to these rumination cycles of negativity, that is'nt controllable, leading me to quit, getting fired, or job-ghosted at work.  To be clear, My fasting self VERBOSE and IQ increase is probably almost an increase of 15-20 IQ points, without bragging, this also includes increased social intelligence. Without it and When I eat my 2 meals for the day, I find myself muddy, my passion for life is gone, my anxiety is thick, my mind is uncertain, I'm paranoid. My base-line self is very happy,  content, neutral and NOT anxious or ruminative at all which implicates an environmental causation factor.

2.  It could have something to do with a theoretical food allergy of some-type...Other-wise everyone would have this awful effect of anxiety, which seems to implicate that I have a very unique biochemistry other-wise my brain would not rebel with these "uncontrollable" anxiety cycles which are debilitating. Ritalin has no effect on this brain fog or food-caused anxiety. The question is simple, What foods in western diet pose or create anxiety, rumination cycles and points of performance decreases at work? This can be inclusive of those with ADHD-PI and neurotypicals and I'd like to hear from people doing some bulk cycles and share if they have experienced what I'm experiencing.. While this is speculation, it's possible this may be a potential long-term answer for ADHD-PI as I've tested this hundreds of times without fail it occurs no matter what I do, no amount of cutting sugar seems to effect this. It seems to originate from carbs, candy's, caffeine, wheats etc. The question, is why do some people respond so badly, while others can stuff their face with no consequence? Leave a PM below for your story.

I will be attempting to compile a list of nutritions, foods, and ingredients that might promote what I may have been experiencing my whole life, I've only barely become aware of it at 23. That is all.
