Hello, this question is regarding a healthy 31 year old male. Will reservatrol have an effect on memory if it is taken a couple of times a month?

The studies on memory showed promise in older adults.

 

A healthy 31 year old male shouldn't expect to notice any significant difference in memory from taking resveratrol, but only one way to find out.
