Looks to be good. trans-R is the highest grade R there is available. You'll likely find better pricing on Amazon looking for "100% trans-resveratrol", and on the label of course to be sure it is what it says, not the knotweed 50% version if you want 100% trans-R.

Verite resveratrol comes from genetically modified yeast, iirc.    That makes it 100% emodin free.    Most resveratrol is made from knotweed and contains some of the impurity emodin, which is laxative, and most is 50% purity, meaning significant emodin content.

 

You want high purity, 98% or more, and or a nonknotweed source.   So I think this sounds like a good source.
