Hi Yall,
I'm putting together a stack that I hope represents a good cross section of supplements that seem to help with longevity related outcomes. I'm organizing it to make it somewhat easy to administer on a daily basis. To that end, I have 1) a randomized bottle from which I just need to take 2 dissimilar pills from each day. and 2) a bunch of homemade capsules, from which I just need to take 2 pills from each day. Then there are the standalone supplements, from which I take 1 each 6-7 days per week.
You'll notice for any given goal (senolytics, NAD boosting, methyl groups, etc) I have multiple supplements. That's intentional as I am going for any synergistic activity that might occur.
I'd love your feedback on the stack overall, but also:
***If I do these randomly as noted below, am I missing any opportunity for synergistic effects? Maybe, for example, I should intentionally do fisetin, quercetin and apigenin on the same day, otherwise they are separate days.
***Are any of these better at night time vs. day time?
***Do I risk pushing too much of one goal (too much senolytics?)
It's pretty expensive this way. Any ideas for reducing costs?
Note that I will also be getting comprehensive blood work/saliva work done before and after the two month period. Probably with InsideTracker and Trume labs. If there is any blood work you think I should look for specifically, please let me know. I suppose I will also get my normal blood work done for kidney and liver stuff.
Thanks in advance!
Gallenk
