Yep, lay out little lines just like with recreational molecules.

Seems to work better than under the tongue.

Comments?

Since this stuff gets in the brain why not get it as close as possible, right at the sinus membranes.

you mean the plain NAD+ powder from ABN?

I don't think its 'sublingual'

but interesting nonetheless. What kinds of effects are you noticing?

This is from the ProHealth site

NAD+ Pro provides users with pure NAD (Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide) in a bioavailable powder sublingual format. When NAD is absorbed through the mucus membranes under the tongue it has the ability to cross the blood brain barrier and increase NAD+ levels in the brain and throughout the body.

As for how it works: Well when I take subl NMN I can actually hear my sinus membranes crackle internally, and I get less of that with subL NAD+, but when I snort it's not that bad, I just do a little at a time a few times a day.  It seems like I can feel more of it being absorbed more rapidly.  If I wake up intelligent some morning I will announce it here. lol

Maybe you better dissolve your NAD + and make a spray?

I have done that with NAD+ powder and find it IS very stimulating.  But a bit harsh on the nose, and also feel a bit like a druggie

This is from amazon re: ProHealth NAD

There is something wrong with the NAD+ pro I recently received. It does not dissolve under the tongue like the other times I bought it from the same manufacturer either here or directly from ProHealth. It used to dissolve completely. Also whenever I have used either it or NMN by ProHealth in the past: upon putting it under my tongue, almost immediately I could actually experience a kind of crackling of my sinus membranes. This does not do this at all. And no matter how long I keep it under my tongue all it does is coagulate into little lumps of the same volume as the powder I used. Also it tastes very salty which was not the case in the past. The inner seal seemed intact, but there was no tiny measuring scoop in the container like before. I suspect this is either a bad batch or that it has been tampered with and the seal carefully glued back in place. In either event I am very displeased about this as this is such an expensive supplement and I can hardly afford to pay double because of an inferior batch that is not absorbed at all. I guess I will attempt to get a refund and try with them again if I am refunded. Otherwise I guess I will be looking elsewhere in the future. What a waste of my time and probably money.
