My brain doesn't get sleepy until 18 hours after waking. Also my sleep cycles are fragmented- I can only stay asleep for 2.5 hours before waking up again, then attempting to fall asleep again, repeating this cycle 3 times a night. I heard blue light therapy is supposed to fix this.

I wake up at 2PM and immediately use the Re-Timer glasses for an hour. I go to sleep at 5AM (have to use meds like mirtazapine, since body does not get sleepy on it's own). I use blue light blocking glasses after midnight when I'm on the computer.

I've been doing the blue light therapy for a week and a half, don't notice any difference in my sleeping patterns. Am I doing something wrong or does it just take much longer? Would appreciate any insight.
