This is a cell study. Over 10uM of NMN starts to activate SARM1.
This result has relevance to IV and sublingual NMN and NR.
Oral NMN and NR are safe because a majority are degraded to NAM
And NAM inhibit SARM1 activation.

Any idea how to calculate IV Dosage of NMN from 10uM?

This is a wrinkle in the NMN story that I have been following from the start. In this as well as the Zhao ZY 2019 reference in the back of this, It appears that NMN alone is not sufficient to have a degenerative effect on nerves. It appears that this is a way to decompose axons of nerves that have been severed off the cell’s nucleus, like at a spinal break, that are not working anyway and need to be taken away. The authors of this paper are from a Pharmaceutical Company and wanting, I believe, to get a therapy that they would give to someone when they break their spine so there is not nerve deterioration so they can connect up the severed nerves again so you do not get para and quadriplegic individuals.

The study was not a cell study. It was an assay study. So it doesn’t represent physiological conditions.
