I have had severe stress growing up (and all the complications that come with it IE lack of sleep, deficient in vitamins and hormones etc) and it has really taken a toll on my body. I am for sure I have a growth deficiency due to this. For whatever reason I started to take melatonin tablets 5mg and for some reason melatonin gets absorbed in other places hence I take it because my small intestine is dysfunctional. So what I noticed is as I was standing up  I felt weird or unusual, this happened today btw, so I was just walking around and something was off, it took me few seconds to realize what it was, I noticed I was taller, I am 22 years old turning 23 very soon. So I was confused seeing growth at this age. Last time I measured myself few months ago I was 1.78 cm(5'10). Anyway after a few minutes after noticing my growth- I realized it might be the melatonin because I remember it affects growth hormone somehow, now im gonna keep taking it so perhaps I can get out of this growth stunt(wish id taken it sooner). This happened one other time but with a different supplement (before intestine dysfunction) and in a different place. Maybe 2 years ago I was taking three supplements, berberine, forskolin and bacopa, and in just 1 DAY, I noticed my skull was bigger, like my jaw was protruding  more out ,my beard was further away from my ears.. so it couldnt have just been in my head(no pun intended) because there was physical differences.. No idea which one of those three did it.

I was very hungry yesterday so this could mean there was a spike in GH. I also noticed my body hair is growing way quicker.

Anyway I should check out what my height is now... or after taking the melatonin for few months.

Excuse me. I'm from Brazil. I speak Portuguese. But you can use Google Translate. I do it this way, because I also don't understand English.

I don't know much about Melatonin. But some research shows that it can have other functions, like cellular regeneration and fighting inflammation. So the ideal thing that you can do is to consult a doctor. I found this page about the matter. It is in Portuguese, but you can use Google Translator.

Neither Portuguese nor English are my first language, so I have probably made some mistakes.

Okay. When I write, I'll translate on Google Translate to make it easier for you to understand what I'm saying.

I am curious about the result, especially after reading the other thread https://www.longecit...sm-of-action/. Will there be an update?

You did not grow because of melatonin in such a short span. Variance in height is about a centimeter a day. Catch-up growth even after 18 is a thing but only in the case of severe childhood malnutrition or stress. Even then it's not fully compensatory if started later (and you're literally in your 20s so it for sure wont be fully).
