Hello,

 

Taking 1500mg of Fisetin LSG per day(20mg/kg)..    I am doing 10 pumps under my tongue 4 times a day for two days.  9am, 1pm, 5pm, 9pm

I know that it is supposed to are 27x more absorbable or whatever, but it seems that others have done this same plan without issue.

 

have my first dose under my tongue now.  Let's see how it goes! will update!

 

Also taking a gram per day of quercetin, and a few other supplements.  I am fasting today, but OMADing tomorrow.

I am 5 doses in out of 8 total doses. thats 10 pumps per dose..  this is to get 1500mg per day.   my concern was that since this is supposed to be absorbed so much better that it would be too much.  So far I feel nothing.   Maybe I slept a bit better last night, maybe I just got luck and slept better last night, I don't know.  One more update tomorrow, then an update in a week.

Finished yesterday.   8 total doses at 10 pumps each, spread out over 2 days.  

Day 1: Noticed nothing at all - 

Day 2: It was weird.  By the middle of Day 2, 6 total doses in.  I had a bit of an emotional rollercoaster..  Which is really weird, I am usually very flat and health in that areas.  but I had ups and down for most of the afternoon.  I would get super happy and be like wow, this stuff is great, then 10 minutes later I felt depressed.  Again, this never happens to me.   One reason I was taking fisetin is that I may have some gout crystals.   My joint pain felt MUCH better yesterday.    the nights between day 1 and day 2 seemed to have better sleep, maybe that was random. ALSO, I did a light weightlifting workout in the evening.

 

Will update in a week.  sorry I would have saved this and posted as one post, I thought I would be able to edit my original post to add to it.

 

Anyways, no clue how much actual fisetin got into my body with these doses and this particular product/delivery method, but I am alive, and didnt bleed out or die of liver failure..  I have more than 1/2 a bottle of product left,  I think I'll put it in the fridge and give it another go in a few months.

Did you take any biomarker tests before starting this experiment?

It's really weird, I am still feeling particularly emotional today..   I am easily irritated, and feel depressed, but then also I felt extra happy earlier.  All of this is very odd for me and not normal at all..

My emotions have returned to normal.  I have not noticed anything else from this cycle.    no obvious, outward, anti-aging effect.  Not saying I was expecting anything, just commenting on my experience.

4 days after now.  Everything is back to normal.  I did not notice any positive affects.  I’m not saying I expected to, just saying I didn’t.   I think next time I might check out fox04
