You need to more clearly explain what you are doing. What is your goal? What is your weight?

I don't do it to lose weight. I do it to be healthy. I do it to be young as appearance [1], mental and phsyical.

At first i was 54.45 kg. And i started losing weight. But it looks so fast my trend. And i'm just asking, the other CRON people had the same weight loss trend or not?

You are only 19. Why not wait until 25 to try CRON diet? Most people are not fully developed at 19.

Yes, i have no answer. I trust Matt (1). But surely i'll not cut too much until my 25. I want to be young all the time.

Sim, não tenho resposta. Eu confio em Matt (1). Mas com certeza não cortarei muito até meus 25 anos. Quero ser jovem o tempo todo.

I live in Brazil and don't speak English Use anticoagulant up to the microscopic dose I have a theory of experiment to be immortal is kind of like that movie that robots control the mucom the smallest with accordion losing weight gaining weight without exercise until reaching the smallest possible weight increasing the fat until the muscle is equal, then decreasing to 1/30th of muscle fat by cutting calories slowly and using raw foods and alcohol to weight loss.raw foods in weight gain phase with lean mass pill if muscle reaches 1/4 of fat and adjust the muscle if it reaches the same % and the fat in cutting does not reach 1/30 of the muscle, that is, increase 2% more muscle (500 to 510 grams in example) in the new bulking before cutting the new one, if fat not reach the 1/30 of muscle) In the weight loss phase 55% vegan raw foods 45% alcohol(cheap distilled not falsificated produced by robots in futre) and in the weight gain phase,66.125 % raw vegan foods 33.875%alcohol in ,in muscle gain phase 77.5 % raw vegan foods 22.5% alcohol[1] use robots to perform any type of operation on the organs of the body to prevent death by thinness with rocket eternal battery robots with eternal battery robots for everything even to eliminate any virus or bacteria to make the rocket dodge the asteroids, i heard that in a coma people have a quality because extreme REM sleep, robots to make transfusion of artificial blood artificial battery etc. Do you think it's safer to look for a doctor with other people etc to measure my fat on DEXA 250 reais per week or day or leave my theory on the internet and do it in the laboratory or leave it to my descendants nanorobos will also be used in the person's body robots and nanorobots to make and repair other robots to clean the rocket and make synthetic materials robots for immortality pills I think the person went into a coma because foods with low blood sugar content and alcohol by nasogastric tube, in this case robots that fix other robots with longer battery life than others robots to fix what should be done with the diet nanorobots inside people robots to fix organ failure robots to turn off and turn off other robots and you also need to replace artificial heart valves faster and faster with smaller valves every time they don't work due to extreme thinness and you also need to replace artificial heart valves faster and faster with smaller valves every time they don't work due to extreme thinness The person uses free will to train to experiment, and the scientist uses a precision scale of 1 gram minimal food weight of difference to weigh food and improve with time 0.1 gram to 0.01 to 0.01 after this balance created by robots, and the scientist weighs people in 1 gram difference and minimal balance every day improved difference and minimal with time by robots. If robots. If possible robots to calculate macro, calories, weight, metabolism of macro, etc infinetesimal house by% for perfect diet ad other thing of experiment.

Robots to improve thecnology

Robots to remove any residue from the person and get 100% viruses and offending bacteria out of the person when he enters the rocket.

Robots to calculate future and present BMR,calories requirement by phase of experiment of person based by genes and biological age, older cuttins, bulking and fattings.

Typical diet

0.55x55 carbohydrates 0.55 x 25% fats,0.55x20% proteins 45% Calories Vodka weight loss phase.

0.6x40% carbohydrates 0.60 x 30% fats,0.6x30% proteins 40% Calories Vodka in weight gain phase.

0.6x40% carbohydrates 0.60 x 30% fats,0.6x30% proteins 40% Calories Vodka 40% Calories Vodka in muscle gain phase.

0.6 ml of water by TDEE number deficit 50%(based in weight start cutting BMR and dehydration alcohol ) water in weight loss phase because slow metabolism by reduced lean mass 1.2 grams per kg(superavit(15%) in muscle gain phase because dehydratation of alcohol dehydratation and fast metabolism and 1.2 grams per kg in weight gain phase(fatting 30% more calories )because almost same cause of bulking little less because fat burn more less energy.

Average Basal Metabolic Rate Male of 25 yo male 70 kg is 1750+45minutes eating 26.6 kcal+urinating 6.5 times a day average 21 seconds 4.8 kcal pooping 2.25 kcal average 2 time a day 26.6 kcal drinking 1810.25x141271010101=2583.40960354/2= 1291.70480177 calories to average world man start this.Metabolism increased by alcohol.Typical diet is 55%Carbohydrates+25%fats+20% proteins carbs burn 7kcal fats 3 kcal proteins 26.5 kcal alcohol 25 kcal

Robots to determinate best diet for these people in each experiment phase.
