Just as generic face coverings are proving to be not-very-effective to stop the transmission of COVID-19 in most countries of the world, constantly cleaning surfaces is probably a waste of time and money.
Researchers say we are over cleaning and wasting resources. Although it is possible to transmit COVID-19 by surface contact, there is not one documented case of it happening.
