Does anyone still want to experiment with FOXO4 DRI? I can place an order. Not asking for money upfront.

Not sure if people here are still interested in this. I can ask one of the peptide companies I've ordered from how much a gram would be if people want to get 100mg at a time. It would be way cheaper than ordering 10mg vials from peptide retailers. I wouldn't need money upfront just a promise to pay once I have it.

I'm interested. depending on the cost, Is it a US based company, what purity level are you intending to specify and are you planning to have the TFA salts removed?  I ordered some for a US based company at the beginning of the year and it was still a bit pricey...Economies of scale should reduce the cost dramatically... Thanks

At least 95 percent purity and yes it would be an acetate salt. Not sure on the price. Hopefully around $1000 for 100mg. A reputable peptide website sells 10mg for $300 right now.

A custom synth of this peptide is pretty expensive but I have a reputable company that I have worked with before who has it in stock now and I have a third party test verification on it. They sell peptides in raw bulk so it wouldn't come in sterile vials but that not really a problem as we can just reconstitute the peptide in Bac water then run it through a .22 filter into a sterile vial - very easy. I can provide the supplies needed for peoples order.

Does this sound good to everyone? I can send the third party analysis.

I'm in.

But I have some degree of experience with dealing with compounds of all sorts,

so a safe handling of the peptide will likely not be a problem for me, if we don't have it custom synth, or even shipped directly in sterile vials.

Also unrelated, I'm working right now with a couple of manufacturers/suppliers, to get ahold of an array of compounds/peptides I'm personnally interested in,

like KCF-18, also PEP-1192, and some high-quality. but still affordable MIF-1, to name a few.

Why not wait for the next version of FOXO4-DRI which will probably be commercialized since its specificity against senecent cells will be much improved from 90% to 99%, increasing safety significantly. I take it cost will be much less if it is not made on demand by a lab for a very small quatity. I doubt the next version will take long to come out now. It's not as if senescent cells accumulate very quickly, D+Q+F can do the trick in the meantime. Question though, I think FOXO4-DRI is more specific to cerain types of senescent cells, so would it be complementary to D+Q+F in the future?

Wht's this new version you're referring to? Maybe I've been kind of out of the loop on this? Thanks.

IIRC, they had a bit of info on the 4th version on their website:

Cleara Biotech

but it seems they've removed it, bizarre.

As you can see in the timeline, there is a new version every 4 years or so, so perhaps the next one won't take long, mmh dunno.
