What is the recommended daily dosage of ginger and green tea? I want to use it to make my brain age as little as possible. I also use ginger and green tea for focus and memory. As of today I take 4 tea bags of a product called "GREEN TEA and Ginger" by Twinings. Each tea bag contains ginger (50%), green tea (40%) and lemongrass (10%). I am a 32 year old healthy male. Thank you in advance for answering.

There are places to order Japanese tea direct. Is preferred over teabags or extracts (GTE).

Fresh ginger is probably also preferred. Can make it into a tea, gingerale, or sauce.

As for doses:

Green tea (5-15 g daily)

Ginger    (5-10 g daily)
