If you have Gilbert's syndrome, are there supplements you should take? Are there supplements you should avoid?

I have seen people recommending Calcium-D-Glucarate and Taurine. Are they correct? What doses?
What about TUDCA? Should it be avoided or recommended?

Thank you

Things like TUDCA and SAM-e, and glutathione (injections) are effective in cleaning the liver but may not work in your case.

I read that Spirulina mimics Gilbert's syndrome, does that mean I should avoid it?
