From dietary intake only, like eggs and cheeses, where one would have to overeat those to reach higher K2 intakes.

Doesn't tells anything about the optimal K2 intake, if taken as natto and/or as supplement.

ONe cup of kale has nearly 500 ug Vit K1, more than enough 

 

For K2, dietary sources are very very hard to find. Just take the supplement. MK7 is best, if you can't tolerate it (some get insomnia from it) take MK4.
