Thanks Michael. Interesting.

 

The conflicting biomarker progressions are perhaps inevitable. I have a different approach, but get the same sort of conflicts - what is good on one metric is bad for another. My attempt to resolve this (as well as checking the correlations really are linear - sometimes they are not) is to take a normed average over the 33 biometrics. Seems to work, as my metrics overall are improving as I age.
