I am for the vaccine.

I got 2 doses and the booster.

I've been having weird symptoms ever since my second shot, but they got significantly worse following the booster.

Sporadic adrenaline dumps

I have shortness of breath after basically no exertion

After waking, I have a hacking smoker's cough for an hour or two, and occasionally release phlegm

My heart races for no reason

I have chest pain that comes and goes

I'm lightheaded every time I return from being on my butt or bending over.

pitting edema in my calves

Random fast pulse

Random slow pulse

I've been to multiple docs and the ER.

D-Dimer: normal

BNP: normal

Troponin: normal

hs-CRP: normal

stress echo: normal

pulmonary function: normal

I've been tested for COVID twice and it was negative.

My doctor said he feels I have long COVID from the vaccine and said he has seen a lot of people report these symptoms.

He has referred me to a long covid clinic but is uncertain I will be allowed because he thinks that's for people with infection created long covid.

I don't really have a lot of "science" to show, but I would consider mitochondrial damage and/or cell membrane oxidation as likely suspects and a membrane therapeutic as a potentially inexpensive and safe thing to try.

I've taken polyunsaturated lecithin (polyenylphosphatidylcholine / aka PPC) for many years, and believe it has been of benefit to my own health.  It appears to have properties similar to fish oil, without the oxidation/contamination issues associated with most all marine oils.

K. J. Gundermann, PhD, MD wrote the book on "Essential Phospholipids" which are in fact PPC (see page 17):

https://sunwavepharm...07_esentin2.pdf

The “Essential” Phospholipids As A Membrane Therapeutic

Remarkable anti-inflammatory and immune modulating properties, in a formulation that appears quite safe.

PhosChol is a popular brand for PPC: https://www.nutrasal...phos900-100.htm

Sanofi offers PPC as a prescription pharmaceutical "Essentiale Forte"

Virtually all true PPC is made by one company in Germany, so brand may not matter, but as PPC is polyunsaturated, I tend to think freshness counts.  Nutrasal probably moves the most product.

Best of Luck on your quest for good health.

More on membrane damage from spike protein here:

https://chrismasterj...ore-forming?s=r

The Spike Protein As a Pore-Forming Toxin

The spike protein pokes holes in cell membranes at concentrations much lower than those achieved with vaccination, contributing to COVID-like illness and mitochondrial damage. But is the J&J immune?

Chris Masterjohn, PhD

"The spike protein from the COVID vaccines is found in humans for at least four months after injection.

It is a direct toxin that pokes holes in cell membranes. It causes mitochondrial damage in cells and COVID-like illness in mice."

The free S1 subunit of the spike protein is a toxin that destabilizes and disrupts lipid membranes without the need to interact with any receptors or other proteins. This is shown by making synthetic lipid bilayers permeable to charged ions. This suggests that it pokes holes in lipid membranes, making it a “pore-forming toxin.”

The spike protein definitely reaches high enough concentrations after vaccination to disrupt lipid membranes, most likely by acting as a pore-forming toxin.

  • This is probably high enough to contribute to some impairment of mitochondrial function."

FLCCC has a long Covid protocol:

"This protocol has also been used to treat post-vaccine inflammatory syndromes with similar success."

World council of Health has a spike detox which works for covid or the jab

https://worldcouncil...in-detox-guide/

Their top 10 listed at the bottom of that long article

-Vitamin D
-Vitamin C
-NAC (N-acetylcysteine)
-Ivermectin
-Nigella seed
-Quercetin
-Zinc
-Magnesium
-Curcumin
-Milk thistle extract

Ive seen many people report good results with just ivermectin.

Worth trying a blood cleanser like Serracor or Neprinol as well
