Hey guys!

I'm suffering from Gastroparesis since 2018 with the consequence of not tolerating any liquids (crazy I know, solids are finde mostly). So after some time with feeding tubes and applying water through them I now resorted to thickening my liquids making pudding like beverages. Since this really helps with my symptoms I'm trying to find a way, where I can manage the thickened products on a daily basis.

My recent go-to for 1,5l of water is the following:

Agar Agar: 4-7mg

Gelatine: 10-15mg

Tara gum: 2-4mg

Corn starch: 8-10mg

Now I'm wondering if it's roughly reasonable healthy to have a daily intake of those substances in that quantity.

Can you give me some insight to that? That would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks so much!

It is ofc Gram (g) not miligram (mg) in the listing above!
