Does anyone know if Relentless Improvement has gotten FDA permission to sell/market pramiracetam and piracetam as dietary supplements? From the one FDA letter I've found online

http://www.fda.gov/o...5-01-vol160.pdf

it appears that they don't consider piracetam to be a dietary supplement. Both products have been branded by pharm companies and are currently undergoing the FDA trials process. They are also brand name pharmaceuticals in other countries. Therefore, it would seem that one would be in violation of the law if they were trying to sell foreign pharmaceuticals as dietary supplements.

Hopefully I'm wrong on this one and there has been a more recent ruling or change to dietary supplement law.

I doubt the FDA would have any lasting ban on pram... I mean the FDA allows alcohol and cigarettes to be sold in the millions. Fill their pockets and they'll look the other way.

Primaforce (aka David T) came out with Piracetam on BB recently. Also Pramiracetam was never studied in the US. I think your source is as outdated as the Tryptophan ban.

Violation of the law? Even if it was, as long as the supplements are pure and pharma grade, why would it matter?
