Hello,

I am taking DMAE and sometimes I feel like it needs a complement, like glucose or proteins because I do not feel right.

Anyone have any relaated experience?. What do you suggest?.

Does it make sense to add lecithin or choline?.

Thanks

Some people can feel nausea or rundown when taking too much DMAE, I would stay around 100-200 mg daily and see what happens.
