funny stuff! Actually in nursing homes there are issues with bed-ridden patients who don't have enough movement to get their lymph flowing, which causes some nasty edema on their legs; but that is just as likely to be caused by congestive heart failure in a nursing home. I do like this guy's sense of humour, though (yes, that was a pun).

That's strange I seem to be suffering from the opposite of that. When I have to spend a lot of time vertical my ankles swell up
