I think it would be helpful to have a forum devoted specifically to encouraging members/visitors to discuss their research interests and experience, with the goal of increasing discussion, feedback, and possible collaboration.

An additional forum, or subforum, might be to encourage discussion about ways that funding can be pursued for research initiatives, either within or outside of the ImmInst community.

Although these may not be relatively popular forums, these are areas that I think need more serious, focused attention.

Since Caliban upgraded the action section Ive been digging through the topics in this new perspective and I noticed this. I know its an old topic but its a good idea and Ide love to see more ideas discussed about it.
