First of all I would just like to say how informative this site is. It is amazing the amount of research some of you have put into the topic of Nootropics and I commend you for sharing.

Second, I would like to ask a few questions about my proposed regime. I am 27 years old and plan on taking all of the listed supplements in tablet form. I sometimes experience mild depression, but mainly would like to increase my clarity of thought. While my IQ is in the higher percentiles I do not always feel like it : ) Ideally, I am looking for something that will help my mood and make me feel a little "smarter". Listed below are the items I plan on taking. I would love some recommendations on dosage and any other suggested additions.

TIA

Quest

Regime

Pyritinol 200mg (Ordered today from Smart Nutrition)
CDP-Choline 200mg (Ordered today from Smart Nutrition)
Deprenyl HCL (Junex) 5mg (Will order from Biogenesis)
Hydergine FAS 4.5mg (Will order from Biogenesis)

For your regime the following doses should prove beneficial:

Piracetam 800-2,400mg
Pyritinol 200-400mg
CDP-Choline 200mg
Hydergine 4.5 mg is fine

Deprenyl 5 mg twice a week (if you don’t see a difference in mood in 2 weeks, try 3 times a week).
