I came across this article on Life Extension. It is basically a marketing tool for their product, but it has useful information and summaries (I LOVE summaries!):

The emphasis here is on the weak estrogen, Estriol, and its beneficial, non-toxic, effects, but, if you scroll past the estrogen info and onward, you will find descriptions of the 'other' ingredients in their product.
These 'other' ingredients give a very useful panoramic perspective on the antiaging market's current trends, since it appears that the developers tried to put everything available with even a little buzz around it into their formulation: snake venom, glucosamine, and algae extracts to name a few, and, as an added bonus, a cocktail of all the 'classic' stuff found in antiaging products of the 'classic' era, such as vitamins C and E, and tea extract:
