Hi, I currently take Piracetam at 2400-3600mg a day plus Alpha-GPC at bedtime for Choline supplementation. I soon will be taking a formula that will contain 200mcg of galantamine & 150mcg of huperzine a. Since these both inhibit acetylcholinesterase from breaking down acetylcholine, do you think I would be able discontinue the Alpha-GPC to save money? Or should I still supplement the Piracetam with some form of Choline?

Galantamine at 200 mcg will have no effect, however 150 mcg of Huperzine A will increase your ACh levels a fair amount, I would disco the alpha gpc, although taking some form of choline (choline citrate or cdp-choline in low doses) would not be a bad idea.
