Can someone recommend a reliable prescription-free offshore pharmacy ?

I'm actually looking for ciclosporin eye drops (probably generic Restasis for cost considerations) not nootropics, but I've no idea where else to ask.
These drops are not available in my country and I'm pretty desperate with my eyes, trying various fixes. Doc offered glucocorticoid which I'd rather avoid.

I'd like to try out some Viloxazine (Emovit, Vivalan, Vivarint, Vicilan) too, to make this post more appropriate here

I don't think it's a good idea to trust advices posted in a public forum. Knowing that imminst is quite popular it's a very good choice for scammers to advertise their dodgy websites by posting "advices" here. You should only trust older members or ask everyone to PM you with more details.
